Returns & Refund Policy

1. No Refunds on Artwork Sales

All sales of original paintings and custom artwork are final. Due to the unique nature of art, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the item arrives damaged. 

2. Print Exchanges 

  • Damaged Prints: If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 8 hours of delivery with clear photos, your order number, and any other information you may have about your purchase. We will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong print, we will exchange it free of charge.

3. Custom & VIP Orders

Due to their personalized nature, custom commissions and VIP Customized Orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Once the client agrees to the custom product, a 100€ deposit must be made before production begins.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If you have concerns, consider selecting a shipping option with signature confirmation at checkout.

5. How to Request a Replacement (for damaged or incorrect items only)

  • Contact us at info@andriaandreouart.com within 8 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide clear photos of the damage or incorrect item.
  • Order Number
  • We will process a replacement or offer a resolution within 4-5 business days.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.
